About Your Stickers
What Sticker Paper do you use?
Stickers on a white background are repositionable vinyl, matte with a slight sheen. It’s a little thinner, but the colours are something else. Clear stickers are gloss and respositionable, a little thicker than the white stickers
What is the size of the sticker sheet?
Sticker sheets are mostly one of two sizes – 14cm x 10cm (about A6) or 14cm x 20cm (about A5) including border for punching holes if you wish
What type of pens can I use?
My preferred pen is a Sharpie Fine Tip Marker (not the pen.)

Can I request a custom order?
Lots of StudioKylie stickers have customisations available including the colour. Plus you can Design Your Own with many of the header and information stickers available. Other custom requests are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the current workload and what you’re looking for.

Do you ship to my corner of the world?
Probably. StudioKylie ships to lots of places, including Australia & NZ. Check if you can get StudioKylie stickers at the bottom of the Cart Page. Can’t find your country, drop me a note and we’ll get that fixed up.
What is your return policy?
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to StudioKylie within three (3) days of the receipt of the order and include a photo.
Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, etc) should be reported to us immediately. This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.
All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed.
The customer is responsible for the return of faulty goods to us, including any costs incurred in the return of such goods. StudioKylie cannot accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.
For returns where the Product is subject to a change of mind and has been unused and unopened and not customised, you may return it to us. If the goods were sent under ‘Free Shipping’ the original freight cost will be recovered by StudioKylie and deducted from the store credit. To qualify for this return policy you must comply with the directions for returning the product that StudioKylie provides to You.
I’m outside of Australia, what about customs and taxes?
Each country may levy charges including customs fees, taxes, import duties and other associated costs. These are not permitted to by charged by StudioKylie and are different for each country. Check with your local customs, taxation, or border department for more information

There is no minimum order size for all customers, customers using AfterPay are required to use Registered post
Is there a reward program?
Am I charged in Australian dollars?
StudioKylie is located in Australia and charges in Australian Dollars. For customers outside of Australia your bank may charge processing fees.
Is StudioKylie a secure site?
StudioKylie is concerned about site security on the Internet today. That is why we have made sure that we have followed and surpassed all industry standards necessary for a secure site. This includes encrypting all data that you give to us, processing your credit card information in a safe and responsible manner, and not sharing any information that has been given to us by you, our customers.
Your credit card information is processed by merchant facilities – StudioKylie does not see your credit card or other information. We want you to feel confident when ordering from StudioKylie, and we are doing everything we can to continue to operate a secure site.
